Each business is unique in their needs, size and desires for support. Therefore we can not state an exact price for retained services without having an exploratory call.  Often, business owners are not certain as to what suport they want or need until after a discussion. Here at Loxley HR, we group our retained services into three options:

Administrative

An admin level of support will allow you to have a dedicated HR Administrator to do your HR admin for you! 

This includes:

      Updating spreadsheets,

      Systems and documents.

      Tracking and administering processes for you, such as onboarding, reviews, policy updates. Note taking for meetings.

An Operational Level of support gives you your very own generalist HR advisor!

This is our most popular level of retained services, and the cost includes the admin level too!

Starting at a minimum 1 day a month (business size to be considered), this is sutiable for growing businesses who need that extra help and support.

Not looking to retain our services, but need an extra pair of hands?
 

Most of our ad-hoc services are used by supporting Employee Relations casework such as investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.

If you need an extra pair of hands, look no further! We are experts in employee relations casework and can help you when the going gets tough! We charge £93 + VAT per hour, for all ad-hoc services.

For start ups and scale ups we offer project work based on a day rate, reflective of the services and support level required.
