This bundle is a step up from the HR Basics and is designed to encompass both the legally required documents as well as the best practice documents.
Included you fill find:
- An offer letter and employment contract template
- The compulsory Discrimination, Grievances and Data Protection policies.
- The best practice policies: Absence management, Holidays, Family leave and Health and safety - which is a legal requirement with 5 or more employees.
- An induction checklist
- A probationary period review form
- A Right to Work policy and guidance
You will also have a 1 hour consultation with me to ensure your documents are used to their fullest potential.
So how does this work?
This bundle is not an 'instant download' after purchase.
Instead, to make sure you get the best from our 1 hour consultation, you will receive a form for completion at the time of purchase. This will enable you to populate as much of the data as possible for me to complete on your behalf - so our consultation is focused more on the 'how to' elements.
You will also receive a booking link, directly into my calendar to ensure we get booked in as soon as possible to complete your purchase.
